Our Serenity screening went off without a hitch.<br />I'd like to thank the following people for making it all possible:<br /><ul><li>Damien for co-ordinating and organising the event</li><li>The Academy Cinemas for hosting it</li><li>Gwyn from Dramatix for handling our ticketing system</li><li>Laura Holland for supplying us with shiny t-shirts and a Serenity USB key, as well as helping out on the night</li><li>Mimbles for donating the poster prizes</li><li>Nixygirl for donating the mousepads</li><li>11th hour for the flyers</li><li>All the dressed-up browncoats</li><li>Everyone who bought a raffle ticket</li><li>Everyone else for coming!</li></ul><p>We made $180 total at the raffle, which added to ticket sales gives us $858 to give to Equality Now! Unfortunately we're only selling tickets through Dramatix so my advice to you is.....*drumroll*<br /><br />Get someone with a credit card to buy you a ticket and then pay them back. I'm sure you know -someone- with a credit card that would be happy to help.
